Cancellation and Refund Policy (ISRAA)
Once you deposit the prepayment for the villa/apartment/room into our account and pay by credit card (EFT, wire transfer, one-time or installment payment by credit card, cash, or postal order), the full prepayment will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the villa/apartment/apartment. This payment is made in advance to the villa/apartment/apartment owner. The remaining amount must be paid to us in advance upon arrival at the villa/apartment/apartment.

The customer may cancel their trip before the trip begins. Cancellation must be made in writing to ISRA TİCARET AGENCY LTD. Unwritten notices will not be accepted.

In the event of cancellation, ISRA TRADİNG AGENCY LTD will deduct a percentage of the total cost of the services specified in the travel contract to cover the expenses and measures taken by ISRA TRADİNG AGENCY LTD in connection with the trip. These amounts are determined as follows.

Cancellation Policy:

1) The deposit paid for the reservation is non-refundable.

2) If the payment is made in full, a 50% refund will be made to the account number you provided, and a 100% deduction will be made from the deposit.

If the customer voluntarily pays the full price of the villa/apartment/apartment to ISRA TRADİNG AGENCY LTD (in one lump sum by EFT, wire transfer, cash, or credit card), 100% of the paid amount will be non-refundable for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made 31 days prior to arrival, 50% (fifty percent) will be refunded to the account number you provided. The shipping fee will also be deducted from this amount. This is because 50% (fifty percent) of this amount is made as a prepayment to the villa/apartment/apartment owner.

If the reservation is canceled 30 days or less before the villa/apartment check-in date, or if you are unable to stay in the villa/apartment before check-in, the total travel fee paid will not be refunded to the customer.

ISRA TRADING AGENCY LTD is not responsible for any financial losses incurred in refunds of credit card payments, domestic and international wire transfers, EFTs, Western Union payments, etc.; all fees, commissions, and other charges imposed by banks, as well as price differences due to exchange rate fluctuations, will be deducted from the refund amount.

If ISRA TRADING AGENCY LTD cancels a villa/apartment reservation for any reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If a similar villa/apartment is available in our portfolio for the same dates, it will be offered to the customer. Unless the customer approves or there is a force majeure event, the deposit will be refunded to the customer.

Additionally, for some of our villas/apartments/apartments (noted on the villa/apartment/apartment website details page), the full deposit and the total rental fee for these villas/apartments/apartments (noted on the villa/apartment/apartment website details page; for villas/apartments where the full rental fee is due 30 days before the reservation date) will be collected from the customer. No refunds will be made even if the reservation is canceled.

If the customer fails to make the remaining payment on time, ISRA TRADİNG AGENCY LTD reserves the right to cancel the reservation, not refund the prepaid fee, and make a new reservation for this villa/apartment/apartment. Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (email or registered mail). Cancellations made by phone are strictly invalid. Reservation cancellations are effective from the moment ISRA TRADİNG AGENCY LTD receives written notification.

ISRA TRADİNG AGENCY LTD Rental Company cannot be held responsible for any inability to use the villa/apartment, including termination of the contract without appropriate written notice, effective from the date the reservation is confirmed by the parties. The full amount specified in the contract becomes due and payable on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment, and ISRA TRADİNG AGENCY LTD reserves all its legal rights in this regard.
